Mail Quality Data-IV (MQD-IV) has been enabled for all mailers to receive uncapped error data. MQD-IV leverages the Informed Visibility Mail Tracking & Reporting (IV-MTR) application to allow mailers to receive uncapped detailed error data. Detailed error data from the Mailer Scorecard is available for Full Service, Move Update, eInduction, and Seamless Acceptance. MQD-IV resolves challenges mailers may have experienced when investigating errors that reported on the Mailer Scorecard. The uncapped detailed error and/or warning data can be requested on a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly frequency. Data is provisioned to the mailer the day following the MQD-IV feed creation based on the frequency type selected. Monthly data would be provisioned after the Mailer Scorecard is locked on the 11th of the month.

With the opening of MQD-IV to all mailers, the existing Legacy Bulk Error Data process will be retired in March 2019. Mailers that have had these Bulk Error Data requests created with the PostalOne Helpdesk will need to transition to MQD-IV prior to the March retirement date so that they may continue to receive uncapped error data.
